The Grid Will Blink Again. Your Operation Shouldn't.

Jamaica's grid experiences momentary interruptions, voltage sags, and extended outages. Power continuity is the engineered path between that grid and the loads you cannot lose: a transfer switch that picks the right source, a UPS that carries the load the instant supply fails, and a generator that covers the long outage. Explore each link in live 3D — the critical load stays live in every mode.

Momentary blinks

Interruptions under one second are enough to crash unprotected servers and control systems.

Voltage sags

Sags degrade equipment and cause intermittent, hard-to-trace failures.

Extended outages

Without generator backup, operations halt — and so does everything that depends on them.

Hard shutdowns

Repeated hard shutdowns shorten equipment life and put data integrity at risk.

Downtime is only part of the bill. Recovery time, data-integrity risk, and repeated equipment stress follow every event — and the alarm panels, access control, and control systems that keep people safe depend on continuous power too.

01·Utility Feed & Automatic Transfer

Automatic Transfer Switching & Utility Feed

Source selection between utility and generator power, engineered together with your UPS.

Every continuity design starts where power enters your facility. An automatic transfer switch (ATS) watches the utility feed, detects a loss, and moves the facility to the generator once it is ready — then returns to utility when supply is stable. We specify and commission the ATS together with the UPS and generator, so transfer timing, load steps, and protection are engineered as one system instead of three separate purchases.

02·UPS Systems & Battery Backup

UPS Systems Sized to Your Critical Load

Ride-through for blinks and sags, plus the runtime your operation actually needs.

A UPS sits between the supply and the equipment you cannot afford to lose — servers, network gear, control systems, security and safety panels. The moment supply fails it carries the load on battery, so a blink never becomes a crash. Sizing is everything: an undersized UPS fails exactly when it is needed, so we size to your critical load in watts/VA and the runtime you genuinely require, with room to grow.

03·Generator Integration

Generator & UPS Coordinated for Extended Outages

From momentary blinks to extended outages — continuous operation, not just graceful shutdown.

A UPS bridges the gap; a generator closes it. For outages longer than battery runtime, the generator starts and reaches speed, the ATS transfers the facility, and the UPS keeps the critical load steady through the start-up, the transfer, and the return to utility. We coordinate the three so they cooperate — UPS and generator compatibility, load sequencing, and tested transitions.

Find out how long your operations can survive a power disruption

The cheapest time to engineer continuity is before the next event. We audit your critical loads, power quality, and current protection, then design the UPS, transfer, and generator chain — coordinated with surge protection and grounding so every layer works together.

LayerPhysical Infrastructure

Power continuity is the physical layer that keeps compute, platforms, and data available.

Power disruptions don't just cause outages — they cause data loss

Jamaica's power grid experiences momentary interruptions, voltage sags, and extended outages. Each event can corrupt data, crash servers, reset control systems, and interrupt production. The cost is not just the downtime itself — it's the recovery time, the data integrity risk, and the equipment stress from repeated hard shutdowns.

  • Momentary blinks (under 1 second) crash unprotected servers and control systems
  • Voltage sags degrade equipment and cause intermittent failures
  • Extended outages without generator backup halt all operations
  • Repeated hard shutdowns shorten equipment lifespan and corrupt data

How we work

01

Assess

We audit your critical loads, power quality, and current protection to identify gaps.

02

Engineer

We design a power continuity solution with correct UPS sizing and runtime.

04

Maintain

We monitor battery health, test runtime, and replace batteries before they fail.

What size UPS do I need?+

UPS sizing depends on your critical load (in watts/VA) and required runtime (how long you need to run on battery). We assess your equipment and recommend correctly sized systems — undersized UPSs fail when needed most.

How long do UPS batteries last?+

UPS batteries typically last 3-5 years depending on usage and environmental conditions. We monitor battery health and replace batteries before they fail, preventing the false security of a UPS that can't actually hold the load.

Do I need a generator if I have a UPS?+

A UPS provides ride-through for momentary interruptions and enough runtime for graceful shutdown during longer outages. For continuous operation through extended outages, a generator is needed. We coordinate UPS and generator systems for seamless transition.

Can you integrate UPS with surge protection and grounding?+

Yes. Power continuity is part of the broader resilience stack. We coordinate UPS with surge protection and grounding systems so each layer works together rather than independently.
