Innovera is a Jamaican technology and engineering company. Since 1977, the tools have moved from radios to intelligent infrastructure — but the discipline behind them has not. We engineer the full stack: from the grounding that protects it, to the intelligence that runs on it.

Founded as E. Maurice Bailey Electronics Ltd — radio communications, electronics, and the engineering discipline that would carry forward for decades.
1980s
TSS Ltd
Evolved into TSS Ltd — technical systems and services that expanded the practice beyond radios into broader electronics and infrastructure work.
1990s–2000s
Networking & Telecommunications
Networking, telecommunications, and enterprise connectivity — the practice grew as Jamaican businesses adopted digital infrastructure.
2010s
Cloud & IT
Cloud, managed IT, and cybersecurity — the stack moved up as compute left the server room and workloads moved to the cloud.
2020s
AI & Intelligent Infrastructure
Enterprise AI, data, and intelligent operations — the infrastructure stack now runs from grounding and lightning protection up to machine learning.

Edgar Maurice (E.M.) Bailey
Founded the company in 1977 as E. Maurice Bailey Electronics Ltd, building it on handheld radio communications and enterprise telecommunications. Through TSS Ltd to today's Innovera, the journey spans nearly five decades — radios to networking, cloud, cybersecurity, and AI — on the same engineering discipline he established at the start.

Brian Bailey
Leads Innovera's engineering practice with over a decade of experience modernizing on AWS. He founded InnCloud.ai — Innovera's Microsoft license-optimization division — after applying AI-powered automation to cut waste and improve operational clarity in production environments.
