Innovera is a Jamaican technology and engineering company providing Smart Security, IT, Telecoms, and Engineering services. This Site provides information about our services and allows you to submit enquiries for consultations, assessments, and site visits. The Site does not provide engineering advice online — all service engagements are subject to a separate written agreement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our contact forms
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract data without our written permission

When you submit an enquiry through our contact forms, you grant Innovera Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the information you provide for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and conducting business with you. You represent that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it.

Personal data you submit is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Jamaica Data Protection Act, 2017.

Our total liability arising from or related to your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you have paid us through the Site, if any.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to mediation in Kingston, Jamaica, in accordance with the Mediation Act, 2013 of Jamaica.

If mediation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica, with the Supreme Court of Jamaica as the court of first instance for claims exceeding the monetary limit of the Resident Magistrate’s Court.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under Jamaican law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
