CCTV Security Cameras in Jamaica — Cameras, Night Vision, Recording & Remote Monitoring

A surveillance system is four decisions made well: which cameras, how they see at night, where footage is stored and protected, and how you watch it. Explore each in live 3D below, set in the kind of yard, warehouse and plant environments we engineer for across Kingston and the rest of Jamaica.

01·CCTV Cameras Jamaica

Bullet, Dome & PTZ Camera Systems

IP security cameras matched to the distance, mounting height and identification detail each part of your site needs.

No single camera suits every view. Fixed bullet cameras give long, consistent coverage of gates, docks and fence lines. Dome cameras are discreet and vandal-resistant for entrances and interiors. PTZ cameras pan, tilt and zoom to follow activity across large yards. We choose lens, resolution and mounting position from a site survey, then overlap fields of view so one blind corner or one failed camera never leaves an area uncovered.

02·Night Vision Security Cameras Jamaica

Infrared, Low-Light & Thermal Surveillance

Cameras that keep working after dark, in unlit yards, along fence lines and at remote perimeters.

Most incidents happen when nobody is watching. Infrared cameras light the scene with invisible illumination, low-light sensors extract usable colour detail from dim spaces, and thermal cameras detect the heat of a person or vehicle regardless of lighting. Paired with perimeter analytics, they turn a dark fence line into an early warning zone that raises an alert instead of leaving hours of footage to review.

03·NVR & Video Storage Jamaica

NVR Recording Protected from Outages & Surges

Network video recorders sized for your cameras and retention, kept recording through power cuts and storm surges.

Footage is only useful if it was recorded and still exists. We size NVR storage from camera count, resolution, compression and the retention period you need, with redundant drives where the risk justifies it. Recorders and network switches sit behind surge protection and a UPS so a JPS outage or lightning-induced surge does not stop recording or damage the system, and retention rolls automatically so the oldest footage is overwritten last.

04·Remote CCTV Monitoring Jamaica

Remote Monitoring, Analytics & Gate Integration

Live view on your phone, smart alerts, and cameras linked to your gates and access control.

Surveillance should work for you wherever you are. Secure mobile and web access gives live view and fast playback from any connection, while analytics push alerts for the events that matter. We integrate cameras with gate automation, barrier arms and access control, so licence-plate recognition can log vehicles at the gate, and a forced door or perimeter breach brings up the right camera instantly through one management interface.

LayerSecurity

CCTV operates at the security layer — providing visibility and evidence across your property.

Cameras that record but don't protect

Most CCTV installations place cameras where they're easy to mount, not where they provide coverage. The result is blind spots at critical entry points, footage too low-quality to be useful, and no one watching when it matters. Surveillance without strategy is just storage cost.

  • Cameras placed by convenience, not by threat assessment
  • Resolution too low for identification or evidence
  • No remote monitoring — footage reviewed after the fact, if ever
  • Storage that overwrites before incidents are discovered

This is important to

Security Manager

Coverage that eliminates blind spots and provides evidence-grade footage.

Facilities Director

Remote monitoring that reduces on-site security staffing costs.

Operations Manager

Camera systems integrated with access control and gate automation.

CCTV and IP camera systems we install

IP & HD Security Cameras

Bullet, dome and turret IP cameras specified for the distance, lighting and identification detail each location actually needs.

PTZ & Wide-Yard Coverage

Pan-tilt-zoom cameras for yards, docks and car parks, paired with fixed cameras so nothing is left to a single moving view.

Night Vision, IR & Thermal

Infrared, low-light and thermal cameras that keep coverage after dark, at the fence line and in unlit areas.

NVR Recording & Storage

Network video recorders sized for camera count, bitrate and retention, with redundancy and protected power.

Remote Monitoring

Secure mobile and web access to live view and playback, plus alert notifications to the people who need them.

Video Analytics & Perimeter Detection

Line-crossing, intrusion and motion analytics that cut false alarms and flag events instead of hours of footage.

Integrated Security

CCTV linked to access control, gate automation and alarms, so a door event or gate cycle brings up the right camera.

Power & Surge Protection

UPS-backed recorders and surge-protected camera lines so footage survives Kingston's outages and storm surges.

How we work

01

Survey

We map your site, identify threat vectors, and determine camera placement for complete coverage.

02

Design

We design a surveillance system with correct camera types, resolution, and storage.

03

Install

We install cameras, cabling, and recording systems with proper weatherproofing.

04

Monitor

We configure remote access and provide maintenance plans for ongoing reliability.

How many CCTV cameras do I need?+

The number depends on your site layout, the areas that matter most and the detail you need to capture. We conduct a site survey and map coverage to entry points, perimeter and high-value areas, rather than selling a fixed package.

Can I view my security cameras remotely?+

Yes. We configure secure remote access so you can view live feeds and recorded footage from your phone, tablet or computer anywhere with an internet connection, and set up alert notifications.

How long is footage stored?+

Retention depends on camera count, resolution, compression and recorder capacity. We size storage to your retention requirement, commonly 30 to 90 days for commercial sites, with options for longer.

Do your cameras work at night?+

Yes. We specify infrared, low-light and, where the risk justifies it, thermal cameras for unlit yards and fence lines, so footage remains usable after dark.

What happens to the CCTV system during a JPS outage or storm?+

We put recorders and network switches on UPS power and fit surge protection on power and camera lines. This keeps recording through short outages and protects equipment from storm-related surges.

Should footage be stored locally or in the cloud?+

Local NVR storage gives you control and does not depend on bandwidth. Cloud or off-site copies add resilience if equipment is damaged or stolen. Many sites use a local recorder with selective off-site backup.

Can you integrate CCTV with our gate and access control?+

Yes. We design integrated systems where cameras, gate automation and access control work together, for example bringing up the nearest camera when a door is forced or a barrier cycles.

How long does CCTV installation take?+

Timelines depend on site size, cabling routes and the number of cameras. A site survey gives you a firm schedule; small sites are often completed quickly, while large industrial sites are phased.
