Tower Works

Tower construction, installation, repair, and antenna mounting — including Rohn tower systems — for the networks that need height to reach.

LayerPhysical Infrastructure

Telecom towers sit at the physical layer — the steel and structure that lifts antennas above terrain and obstructions.

A tower problem stops the link, not just the tower

When a tower leans, corrodes, loses anchor bolts, or lacks proper lightning and grounding, every radio, antenna, and wireless link on it is at risk. Downtime starts at the structure. Many organizations inherit towers with no as-built drawings, no inspection history, and no maintenance plan — and discover the problem only after a failure.

  • Corrosion and bolt fatigue on tropical coastal sites
  • No documentation: tower model, serial, load capacity, or anchor details unknown
  • Antenna mounts and cable runs added without structural review
  • Lightning protection and grounding not maintained or tested

This is important to

Operations Director

Tower infrastructure that supports wireless links and antennas without unplanned downtime.

Radio Engineer

Proper tower rigging, antenna placement, and grounding to maintain link quality and regulatory compliance.

Facilities Manager

Scheduled tower inspection and repair cycles that catch corrosion and hardware issues before they fail.

What we install and repair

Rohn Tower Systems

Supply and installation of Rohn tower sections, guyed and self-supporting configurations, to rated height and load.

Tower Repair & Restoration

Structural repair, bolt replacement, corrosion treatment, guy-wire adjustment, and alignment correction for existing towers.

Antenna & Line-of-Sight Mounting

Antenna placement, azimuth and tilt alignment, cable management, and LOS verification for point-to-point wireless.

Tower Inspections

Climb-down and visual inspections with photographic reports and recommended remediation priorities.

Lightning & Grounding

Air terminals, down conductors, and ground ring installation and testing for tower-mounted radio equipment.

Coax & Cable Ladder Runs

Coaxial and fiber cable routing from antenna to shelter, including grounding kits and weatherproofing.

How we work

01

Assess

We document the tower type, height, foundation, current antenna load, and condition — including any Rohn components.

02

Engineer

We specify the installation or repair plan: sections, mounts, guy configuration, grounding, and load analysis.

03

Build or Repair

We install new tower sections or carry out structural repairs, antenna mounting, and cable runs with proper rigging.

04

Verify

We align antennas, test grounding and lightning protection, and deliver a completion report with photos.

Do you install new towers or only repair existing ones?+

Both. We install new tower structures, including Rohn tower systems, and we repair or restore existing towers that have corrosion, hardware fatigue, alignment, or grounding issues.

What tower types do you work with?+

We work with guyed and self-supporting steel towers, including Rohn tower sections and compatible mounting systems. We also work with customer-owned structures and third-party mounts where documentation is available.

How do you handle tropical corrosion and weather exposure?+

Tropical coastal environments accelerate corrosion. Our repair process includes corrosion removal, protective treatment, hardware replacement with corrosion-resistant fasteners, and grounding system verification to reduce repeat failure.

Can you verify line-of-sight from a tower?+

Yes. Tower installation and repair often include antenna placement and alignment to establish or restore line-of-sight for point-to-point and point-to-multipoint wireless links.
